Feedback Regarding Cookd Fried Chicken Kit

Dear Cookd Team,

I recently purchased two of your Fried Chicken Kits. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the taste and overall experience.

After preparing the first kit, I thought I might have made a mistake during cooking. However, when I prepared the second kit carefully by following the instructions, the result was the same.

The chicken achieved the expected color and appearance, but the taste did not meet my expectations. The seasoning powder tasted more like chaat masala rather than the flavor normally associated with fried chicken. I have eaten fried chicken from many brands before, but I have never experienced this kind of taste.

Since both kits produced the same result, I believe the issue is with the product rather than the preparation process. I purchased the kits expecting a good fried chicken experience, but unfortunately, the product did not match my expectations.

I would appreciate it if you could review this feedback and let me know your response.
